Pear, mozzarella and prosciutto salad with honey and mustard dressing

Ingredients
- 2 small pears, hulled and quartered
- 1 packet prosciutto (Casadamont)
- 2 balls fresh mozzarella di buffola (Galbani)
- 2 handfuls mixed salad leaves
- 2 tbsp toasted walnuts (Lamb brand)
- 1 tbsp mustard with honey (Maille)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Drizzle runny honey (Good Earth)
- Good pinch garlic granules (Lamb brand)
- 2 tbsp herb and garlic croutons (Tipiak)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Start by making a dressing. Place the oil, vinegar, honey, mustard with honey in a jar and season with salt and pepper. Place on the lid and shake together well. Drizzle over the salad leaves, mix together and serve into 2 deep salad plates. Cut the mozzarella balls into quarters and arrange on top along with the prosciutto, pear quarters and toasted walnuts. Serve immediately.
