Peanut butter, banana and almond milk smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500ml almond milk
  • 1 banana, peeled chopped and frozen
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch ground cinnamon

Method

Whiz all the ingredients except the cinnamon into a thick shake. Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve well chilled.
