Pasta with Maltese sausage apples and white goat cheese

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 2 Maltese sausages
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 glass cider
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 white soft goats` cheese
  • 50g salted butter
 

Method

Melt the butter and toss in the chopped onion garlic and 1 chopped sausage. Dice the apples and add them once the onion is softened, toss and before browning pour in the cider and simmer by half. Meanwhile roast the other sausage and cut in thin slices, dice the cheese and once pasta is cooked toss it in and then add the sausage, chives and cheese.
