Pasta tossed in salmon and pancetta with broccoli florets and ricotta cheese
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 200g dried pasta(Pasta Di Martino)
- 150g salmon fillet
- 100g pancetta
- 80g broccoli florets
- 100g ricotta cheese (Benna)
- 1/4 glass white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh cream (Benna)
- 1/2 leek
- 1 tsp chopped basil
- 1 knob salted butter
Method
Chop the leek and sauté` without any oil with the pancetta on low heat. Dice the salmon and toss in, pour in the wine bring to the boil than add the cream. Slice the broccoli very thinly and add to the sauce, add also the butter and simmer for a few minutes. Cook the pasta al dente than toss into the sauce on low heat, add the ricotta, herbs and toss and serve.
