Ingredients
For the Strawberries dipped in chocolate
- Large strawberries, leaf on
- Melted milk chocolate (Novi)
- Coloured sprinkles
- Mini paper cups
Chocolate hearts
- Coloured melted chocolate
- Chocolate sponge
- 1 pot chocolate and hazelnut spread (Novi)
- Coloured sprinkles and dusting colours
Cakesicles and cake pops
- Chocolate sponge
- Coloured melted chocolate
- Coloured sprinkles
- Lollypop sticks
- Small satin bows
You will also need
- 1 packet ready-made macaroons (SPA)
- Mini coloured marshmallows
- 1 large cupcake box

Method
For the strawberries, just dip them in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles. Allow to set then, place into mini paper cups.
For the hearts, brush your molds with dusting colours then coat with melted chocolate and allow to set. Fill with sponge and a layer of chocolate and hazelnut spread. Cover with more sponge and set in the fridge. When hardened, remove from the molds and decorate the outside with sprinkles.
For the cakesicles and cake pops, mold your chocolate cake mixture onto your sticks and freeze for 10-15 minutes to harden. Dip in coloured melted chocolate, and decorate with sprinkles. Allow to set and fix on small satin bows .
To serve the box, fill the bottom with mini marshmallows and arrange in the cake pops, cakesicles, macaroons and dipped strawberries.
