Mini barbeque chicken sliders

Ingredients
For the BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (Filipo Berio)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 120ml chilli sauce
- 120ml beer
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of ½ lemon
For the coleslaw
- Grated white cabbage and carrots
- 1 Sliced spring onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise of crème fraiche
- Salt and pepper
You will also need
- 2 chicken breasts, roasted
- 12 mini burger buns
- Fancy wooden skewers
Method
Start this recipe by preparing the BBQ sauce. Place all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook together for 20 minutes. Allow to cool down completely. Meanwhile, prepare the coleslaw by mixing all the ingredients together and season well with pepper and salt. To put the sliders together, shred the roasted chicken breasts using 2 forks and mix with the prepared BBQ sauce. Cut the buns in half and spoon in the chicken filling. Cover with a spoonful of the coleslaw and cover with the bun top. Stick in a wooden skewer to hold together and serve on a wooden board with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
