  • 2 tbsp low-fat cheese spread (VITASNELLA SPALMABILE)
  • 1 small chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, thickly sliced
  • few salad leaves

Ham and asparagus crisp bread with honey and mustard

  • 2 original crispbreads (KAVLI)
  • 1 heaped tbsp wholegrain mustard (COLMANS)
  • 6 asparagus, blanched
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 1 tsp honey

Ricotta cheese, avocado and Parma ham

  • 2 crispbreads 5 grain (KAVLI)
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese (GALBANI)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices Parma ham (GALBANI)
  • few basil leaves
