Greek cheese in pastry with fig jam and honey

Ingredients
- 1 block Greek cheese (Emborg)
- 250g puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (Le Naturelle)
- 2 tbsp. fig jam
- 1 tbsp. mixed sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. runny honey
- Fresh figs and baby rocket leaves to serve
Method
Roll out the pastry twice the size of the cheese and cut in half. Brush with beaten egg and spoon the jam in the middle of each piece. Cut the cheese in half and place a piece onto each. Fold over the pastry and seal the edges creating 2 parcels. Place onto a lined baking sheet, brush all over with beaten egg and cover with the sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. To serve, cut in half diagonally and serve onto 2 plates drizzled with honey and fresh figs and rocket on the side.
