Gluten-free spaghetti vongole
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 300g cooked gluten-free noodles ( Better Than)
- 300g vongole
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 red chilli
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 glass white wine
- Knob butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil (Borges)
Method
Chop the, chilli, onion and garlic very fine and sauté on low heat in olive oil and butter without coloring. Meanwhile wash well the clams in cold water to remove the sand than toss into the pan. Add the white wine and simmer than Toss in the cooked spaghetti, parsley, chilly, zest and lemon juice.
