Fruit and yogurt popsicles

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Bananas (2)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Starwberry juice (Pfanner)

or

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice (Pfanner)

or

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice (Pfanner)

You will also need

  • Honey 18 disposable espresso plastic cups
  • ice cream lollipop sticks

Method

Take each batch of fruit, juice and yogurt and whizz into a smooth puree in separate recipients. Adjust sweetness to taste with the honey. Pour into the cups and allow to freeze for 2 hours, stick in the lollipop sticks half way through the freezing period. Dip the cups quickly in a bowl with hot water and gently pull the frozen lollipops out.
