Fried cinnamon sugar tortilla chips with fresh berries and vanilla ice-cream

Ingredients
2 plain soft flour tortilla wraps, cut into triangles (Santa maria)
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
Vegetable oil for frying (Borges)
2 tbsp chocolate and hazelnut spread (Novi crema)
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream (Carte d’or)
100g fresh berries (raspberries and blueberries)
Icing sugar for dusting
Method
This is a very quick and easy dessert or sweet snack to prepare. Start by quickly frying the tortilla wrap triangles in hot oil till light golden (DO NOT OVER BROWN) immediately lay on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and use to coat the fried tortillas whilst still hot. Serve onto 2 plates with the chocolate spread drizzled on top. Spoon 2 scoops of ice-cream onto each plate and decorate with fresh berries and a dust of icing sugar.
