Fried camembert with cranberry jam

Ingredients
- 1 round camembert cheese (Emborg)
- 2 tbsp. flour (Lamb brand)
- 3 tbsp. seasoned breadcrumbs
- Hot oil for frying
- Cranberry jam and honey for serving
Method
Cut the Brie round into 8 wedges and dip into flour, egg then the breadcrumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes then deep fry in hot oil. Serve with cranberry jam and honey
