Father`s Day breakfast

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1 egg
- 3 rashers bacon
- 2 large mushrooms, sliced
- A little butter and oil
- Ketchup & chopped parsley for serving
- 1 heart shaped egg cutter
Method
Start this recipe by frying the mushrooms and bacon in a frying pan with a little butter till cooked. In another small frying pan, heat a little oil and place in your heart shaped cutter. Separate the egg yolk from the white and pour separately into the cutter in the pan. Lower the heat and cook the egg, removing the cutter after a minute or so when the egg begins to solidify. In the meantime, toast the 2 bread slices and spread with butter. Lay a slice of toast on a large slate serving plate and lay on the 3 bacon slices and mushrooms. Cover with the 2nd piece of toast and lay over the cooked heart shaped fried egg. Sprinkle with chopped parsley use a piping bag to write `Happy Fathers Day` around the edge of the plate.
