Chickpea and butter bean soup

Ingredients

  • 1 x 420g can butter beans
  • 1 x 420g can chick peas
  • 100g celery
  • 100g onion
  • 100g leeks
  • 100g carrots
  • 2 large potatoes
  • Fresh seasoning
  • 1.5 litres vegetable stock

 

Method

Place all the ingredients together in a large pan and cook 30 minutes. When ready, blend to a puree with a hand blender and served hot.
