Chickpea and butter bean soup

Ingredients
- 1 x 420g can butter beans
- 1 x 420g can chick peas
- 100g celery
- 100g onion
- 100g leeks
- 100g carrots
- 2 large potatoes
- Fresh seasoning
- 1.5 litres vegetable stock
Method
Place all the ingredients together in a large pan and cook 30 minutes. When ready, blend to a puree with a hand blender and served hot.
