Chicken lollipops with minted yogurt

Ingredients
For the lollipops
- 500g chicken mince
- 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs (Tipiak)
- 1 egg yolk (Le Naturelle)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mixed sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp extra breadcrumbs (Tipiak)
You will also need
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- Drop olive oil
- Fancy striped straws

Method
In a bowl mix together all of the lollipop ingredients except the 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 4 tbsp extra breadcrumbs. Roll the mixture into balls slightly larger than a walnut. Place the extra breadcrumbs and sesame seeds into a bowl and roll in the chicken balls to coat. Place onto a baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes (Alternatively you can deep fry) Meanwhile, make the sauce by blitzing together the yogurt, garlic, mint and olive oil. To serve, place the chicken balls onto a plate, stick a straw into each and serve the minted yogurt on the side.
