Chicken Caesar and kale salad pizza

Ingredients
For the dough
- 450g strong plain flour (Lamb brand)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- Good drizzle olive oil (Olitalia)
- 300ml warm water
- 1 tbsp. chopped rosemary
You will also need
- 1 jar Caesar salad dressing (Hellmans)
- 150g parmesan cheese (Zanetti)
- 1 tub Parmesan shavings (Zanetti)
- 200g cream cheese (Emborg)
- 2 chicken breasts, roasted and sliced
- 1 large handful blanched kale
- 1 large handful sliced romain lettuce
- 6 slices streaky bacon, chopped and fried till crispy

Method
Start by making the dough and allow to rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour. Knock out the air, divide into 2 and form into 2 thin pizza rounds. Place onto greased pizza trays and drizzle with oil. Allow to rise again for 30 minutes and cook in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese, 3 heaped tbsp. grated Parmesan and 3 tbsp. Caesar dressing. When the pizza is ready, spread over the top evenly. Next, dress the kale and cos lettuce with a little more dressing and place on top of the pizzas. Spoon over the crispy bacon, sliced cooked chicken and decorate with Parmesan shavings.
