Ingredients
- 100g feta cheese (Emborg)
- 200g cream cheese (Emborg)
- 50g soft goats` cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 finely chopped spring onion
- 50g grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. horseradish (Colman’s)
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices streaky bacon, fried and crumbled finely
- 50g finely chopped walnuts (Lamb brand)
- 50g finely chopped pistachios (Lamb brand)
- 2 tbsp mixed toasted sesame seeds
- You will also need pretzel sticks
Method
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and feta cheese and divide into 2 batches.
In 1 batch, mix in the soft goats` cheese, parsley and spring onion. In the other batch, mix in the Cheddar cheese, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Roll both batches into small balls, then roll separately into chopped walnuts, pistachios, bacon and sesame seeds
