Brie baked bread bowl

Ingredients
- 2 small round loaves (Maypole)
- 2 tbsp melted garlic butter
- 2 brie cheeses (Emborg)
- 1 packet sliced jambon (Casadamont)
- 25g whole pistachios (Lamb brand)
- 25g walnuts (Lamb brand)
- 2-3 tbsp runny honey
- 4 dried figs or apricots
- Extra sliced toasted French stick and vegetables sticks for serving

Method
Start by cutting off the top of the loaves and cut a hole in each to sit in the brie. Brush the inside with the melted garlic butter. Remove the brie from its packaging and pop into the holes in the loaves. In a bowl, mix together the honey and nuts and spoon onto the brie. Decoratively cover the top with the jambon slices scrunched up and brush the outside of the loaves with any remaining butter. Place into the oven at 200°C and bake for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to sit for a few minutes before serving with the extra toasted bread and vegetable sticks on the side.
