Quick and tasty pitta pockets filled with ham mushrooms and gooey cheese goodness

Ingredients

4  White Pitta Pockets (Leicester Bakery)
100g Sandwich Ham or Prosciutto Crudo or Bacon (SPA)
120g  Shredded Mozzarella (Emborg)
50g Button Mushrooms

Method

Slice the mushrooms.
Microwave the pittas for 20-30 seconds to soften them up.
Cut the pitta bread in half and fill them with ham, mushrooms and shredded mozzarella.
Place them in your toaster and toast for 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
