Puff pastry galette

Ingredients

1 rectangular sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
1 jar caramelized onion jam (Mackays)
2 round camembert cheese (Emborg)
1 packet frozen asparagus, defrosted (Orogel)
2 fresh pears, cores removed and quartered
1 egg to glaze, beaten (Coccodi)
2 tbsp runny honey

Method

Unroll the puff pastry and glaze all over lightly with beaten egg. Fold in the edges by 1 cm, press down firmly and glaze the top edge with more beaten egg. Place the puff pastry onto a lined baking sheet. Next, spread over the caramelized onion jam and lay over the defrosted asparagus. Slice up the camembert cheese and pop in the spaces, along with the pears. Drizzle over 1 tbsp of the honey and bake in the oven at 200`c for 25-30 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with the remaining tbsp of honey
