Baked Gluten free pasta with salmon artichokes, white goat cheese and a prawn bisque cream

Ingredients

  • 150g gf penne (Schar)
  • 100g salmon fillet
  • 2 artichoke hearts with stem
  • 1 whole white goat cheeslets (Hanini)
  • 1 pkt by 250g Prawn bisque (Mise En Place)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ small fennel

Method

Boil the penne and drain well from the water

Chop the garlic, fennel and leeks and saute in butter, chp the salmon and add to it, toss and season.

Slice the artichokes and add also to the vegetables,toss and remove from heat.

In a bowl mix together the pasta, vegetables, bisque, egg and half the grated cheeselet.

Place in an oven dish top with the rest of the grated cheese and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 deg celsius until browned.
