Fried camembert with cranberry jam

Ingredients

  • 1 round camembert cheese (Emborg)
  • 2 tbsp. flour (Lamb brand)
  • 3 tbsp. seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Hot oil for frying
  • Cranberry jam and honey for serving

Method

Cut the Brie round into 8 wedges and dip into flour, egg then the breadcrumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes then deep fry in hot oil. Serve with cranberry jam and honey
