Grilled Peach with Parma ham, basil and crusted pistachio mozzarella

Ingredients
- 1 large peach, peeled and cut into 10 pieces
- 5 slices Parma ham, cut in half
- 5 small basil leaves
- 5 mozzarella balls cut in half (Galbani)
- 2 tbsp. crushed pistachios
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar (Lamb brand)
- 1 shot bajtra liqueur
- 10 fancy kebab sticks
Method
Heat a pan and brown the peach in very little oil and sugar to brown, and then pour in the liqueur, flame and remove off the heat. Allow to cool down completely before rolling up each piece in the Parma ham. Roll the mozzarella pieces in the pistachios. Skewer the mozzarella and peach in Parma onto sticks with the basil in between. Chill and serve.
