Banoffee tiramisu

Ingredients
- 1 packet savoiardi biscuits (Schar)
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 250ml fresh cream
- 4 tbsp. icing sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 200ml boiling water
- 1 shot coffee liquor
- 1 tin caramel condensed milk
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
Method
To make the chocolate syrup, bring the water to boil and whisk in the liquor, icing sugar and cocoa. Next, whip the fresh cream then gently fold in the mascarpone cheese.
Soak the savoiardi biscuits in the chocolate syrup and lay in the bottom of serving glasses.
Coat with a spoon of the caramel condensed milk and top with sliced bananas. Cover with spoon of the mascarpone cream, and then repeat process again. To finish off, dust with cocoa powder and decorate with banana slices. Chill well for at least an hour before serving.

- 4 mgħaref trab tal-kawkaw
- 200ml ilma jagħli
- likur tal-kafè
- bott ħalib ikkondensat
- 2 banana
Method

Xarrab il-gallettini savoiardi fis-syrup taċ-ċikkulata u poġġi fil-qiegħ tat-tazzi. Iksi b’kuċċarina tal-ħalib ikkondensat u fuq poġġi l-banana mqattgħa. Għatti b’kuċċarina tal-krema mascarpone, u mbagħad irrepeti l-proċess mill-ġdid. Biex tispiċċa, ferrex il-wiċċ bi trab tal-kawkaw u ddekora bi flieli tal-banana.
