Lime and mint calamari with rum

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 5 small calamari
  • 1 lime sliced
  • Bunch mint
  • 2 shot glasses white rum
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

Mix well the sliced lime, roughly chopped mint and sesame seeds and place some of the mixture in each cleaned calamari. With a sharp knife make small cuts on one side and allow for 2 hrs in the fridge. Season and grill for a few minutes, overcooking with result in an elastic texture.
