Energy smoothies

Ingredients

  • 50g raw almonds, soaked over night
  • 500ml water
  • 1 vanilla pod, scraped
  • 4 Medjoul dates, soaked over night
  • 1 avocado
  • Few fresh strawberries or 2 peaches
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

 

 

 

Method

Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer and blitz together to a smooth consistency. Pour into 2 glasses and drink immediately.
