Cottage cheese and smoked ham bruscetta with mango chutney

Ingredients
- 2 small baguettes, sliced diagonally
- 1 jar mango chutney (PATAKS)
- 3 tubs viocchi di latte/cottage cheese (VITASNELLA)
- 10 slices smoked ham (GALBANI)
- fresh seasoning
Method
Start this recipe by toasting the baguette slices on the barbeque or under a grill till golden brown. Immediately spread generously with the mango chutney, followed by a good spoonful of the cottage cheese. Arrange half a slice of smoked ham on top of each bruscetta and finally season well with salt and pepper before serving
