Sally`s quiche
Ingredients
- 400g puff pastry
- 1 broccoli
- 4 hard boiled eggs, halved
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 300g cooked ham, diced
- 200g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
Grease a rectangular dish with butter. Roll out the pastry and line the dish with the pastry. Cut the broccoli into florets and drop them into a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for exactly 4 minutes, drain and leave to cool. Arrange the broccoli in the dish and then place the hardboiled eggs cut side down. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, scatter over the ham and sprinkle over the thyme. Drizzle over the oil and then scatter over the grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.

Sajjarhom ghal 4 minuti biss umbaghad saffihom. Hallihom jibirdu. Sadanittant, aqsam il bajd u c-cherry tomatoes minn nofs. Poggi l-brokkli fuq l-ghagina umbaghad poggi l-bajd bin-nahha maqtuha taht. Poggi c-cherry tomatoes u l-perzut umbaghad xerred is-saghtar. Xerred ftit zejt fuq l-ingredjenti umbaghad il-gobon mahkuk. Ahmi go forn jahraq ghal madwar 40 minuta jew sakemm tara li t-torta tkun saret.
