Maltese sausage bake

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, halved
- Some fresh rosemary sprigs
- 4 Maltese sausages
- 500g potatoes, thinly sliced
- 400g tomato pulp
- 250g peas
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
Prick the sausages with a fork. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the garlic, rosemary and sausages. Fry over a high heat until the sausages start to brown. Mix in the potatoes and cook for around 4 minutes stirring often. Pour in the tomato pulp and mix in the peas. Season and bring to a simmer. Place the mixture in an oiled baking pan and bake in a moderate to hot oven 180`c for 40 minutes.
