Gluten-free chocolate cup cakes with whipped ganache frosting

Ingredients
- 110g gluten free flour (Dr Schar)
- 40g cocoa powder
- ¾ tsp gluten-free baking powder
- ¼ tsp gluten-free baking soda
- 150g caster sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 60g vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 120ml warm milk
- 300g chocolate ganache
Method
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and milk. Whisk into the flour mixture. Divide the mixture between 12 cup cake cases and bake at 175 ⁰c for approximately 20 minutes. Allow cooling completely, garnish with whipped chocolate ganache.

- 2 bajdiet
- 120ml ħalib sħun
- 300g ganache taċ-ċikkulata
