Salmon bites

Ingredients

  • 300g puff pastry, rolled
  • 200g cream cheese with chives
  • 250g salmon, cut into squares
  • Egg glaze
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Method

Cut the rolled pastry into 3 inch squares and brush lightly with glaze. Spoon on ½ tsp cream cheese and place a piece of salmon on top. Bring the 4 corners together and press tightly. Place onto a lined baking tray, brush the tops with more glaze and sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
