Twistees and galletti chicken tenders

Ingredients
400g Chicken Tenders (SPA)
50g Plain Flour
250g Plain Maltese Galletti (Camel brand)
1 Large Twistees or 2 Small Packets (SPA)
1tsp Garlic Powder or Granules
1tsp Dry Oregano
2 Fresh Eggs (Coccodi)
Fresh Parsley
Ketchup or Sweet chilli Sauce to serve (Hellman’s)
Method
Place the Twistees and galletti in a food processor and using the pulse method crumble them up.
Do not pulverise them, leave a bit of small chunks.
Place them on a plate.
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
Place the flour in a separate deep plate, then season with the garlic powder, oregano and salt & pepper.
Mix well.
Pass the chicken tenders through the flour, then the egg and then coat well with the Twistees mix.
These can be deep fried, shallow fried, air-fried or in the oven. Moderate flame until nice and crispy.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
