Sugar-free apple crumble

Ingredients:

4 Medium-sized apples (about 800 grams), peeled, cored, and sliced
50g Unsalted butter, chilled and diced (Lake land)
50g almond flour
50g Rolled oats (Lamb brand)
100g Crushed Sugar-Free Biscuits (Pemix)
1tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp ground nutmeg
1/4tsp salt

Method

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C
Place the sliced apples in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, biscuits and salt. Cut in the chilled butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
