Stuffed quail`s eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 quail`s eggs, cooked
  • Rabbit liver
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • Fresh dill for serving

 

Method

Cut the quails eggs in half and remove the yolk. Fry the rabbit liver and chop finely once cooked mix together with the chutney. Use the mixture to fill in the eggs and serve on a teaspoon dressed with fresh dill.
