Strawberry and white chocolate parcels

Ingredients
- 100g strawberries
- 50g white chocolate
- 2 sheets filo pastry
- ½ tbsp honey
Method
Chop half of the strawberries. Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Once melted, spread the chocolate on the filo sheets and top with strawberries. Roll to desired shape, either into baskets, spring rolls or samosas. Deep fry or bake in oven until crispy and brown. Serve with a touch of honey and the remaining strawberries.
