Spicy wings with cheesy nachos
Ingredients
For the chicken wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbsp cumin powder
- 3 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp 5 spice
- 3 tbsp garlic granules
- 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
You will also need
- 250ml fresh cream (Benna)
- 1 lemon
For the nachos
- 200g nachos
- 100gbigilla (Camel brand)
- 100g shredded cheddar
- 8 slices jalapeño
Method
Mix well all the ingredients for the chicken and allow to rest in the fridge for a few hours. Grill on a bbq or under a grill in the oven. Keep the cream in the fridge than squeeze the lemon juice in and whisk well, place again in the fridge until serving time. Place the nachos on a porcelain tray, spread the bigilla and jalapeño randomly on top and cover with cheese. Grill in the oven until browned from top and serve on the side of the chicken wings and sour cream.
