Spicy chicken and coconut soup

Method
									Dice the chicken, mix with the red curry and sauté in butter until browned. Dice the leeks, celery, garlic, mushrooms and sauté together with the chicken. Mix in the flour than gradually pour in the warm stock mix mixing continuously. Simmer for a few minutes than add the coconut milk and herbs.

 - kurrat
 - 150g faqqiegħ
 - 100g butir mielaħ
 - 100g dqiq plain
 - litru brodu
 - litru ħalib tal-‘coconut’
 - 2 bsaten tal-karfus
 - 2 sinniet tewm
 - mazz tursin żgħir
