Spaghetti paella-style

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti (Di Martino)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Saffron strands
  • Squid rings
  • Shrimps
  • Mussels and clams
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Bacon cubes
  • 1 Maltese sausage
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chopped parsley
  • Fresh seasoning
  • Extra virgin olive oil (Borges)
  • White wine
 

Method

Boil pasta until halve cooked in boiling salted water. Cook the onions and garlic in olive oil with the saffron, stir in the squid rings, chicken breast and bacon. Stir in the vegetables and splash with white wine. Add the sliced sausage and remaining sea food. Add some cooking liquid from the pasta, bring to the boil, lower heath. Stir in the spaghetti and finish cooking in the obtained sauce.
