Spaghetti integrale with octopus and dill

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta wholemeal (MISURA)
  • 1 kg octopus
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 Kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 blanched and peeled tomatoes

Method

Boil the octopus in water with 2 tsp salt and half lemon juice and zest, remove from water once cooked and cut in small pieces. Chop the garlic, spring onion, chilly and sauté on very low heat, add the octopus and lime zest and mix continuously until garlic start to brown. Add the boiled pasta and toss, chop the peeled tomatoes, coriander and toss well. Simmer with pasta for few minutes and remove from heat.
