Shallow-fried frog legs with noodles

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 frog legs
  • 50g noodles
  • 100g strips of vegetables
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 20g flour
  • Fresh herbs
  • 10ml soy sauce
  • 10g ginger
  • 10g sugar
  • 1 chillies (optional)

Method

Preheat a pan and shallow fry the vegetables strips for a few minutes. Add the soy and ginger and cook for a further 2 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the noodles for 3 minutes and add to the stir fry. Dust the frog legs in the flour, coating all over. In another pan, heat a little oil and fry the flour dusted frog-legs, cooking for 1 minute on each side. Drizzle with the squeezed lemon and serve
