Sesame beef Stir-fry noodles

Ingredients
For the beef marinate
- 2 tsp minced garlic (Tiger Tiger)
- 2 tsp minced ginger (Tiger Tiger)
- 2 tsp dark soy (Tiger Tiger)
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
- 500g rump one-minute steak, thinly sliced
For the sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar (Lamb brand)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp minced ginger (Tiger Tiger)
- 1 tbsp. corn flour (Lamb brand)
- 1 beef stock pot (Knorr)
- 100ml water
You will also need
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 100g oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 10 mange tout, sliced
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
- 1 packet egg noodles
Method
Start this recipe by mixing together all the marinating ingredients in a medium bowl, add in the beef strips and allow to marinate for at least an hour. When ready, heat a wok or deep pan and quickly fry the beef strips for 1 minute till almost cooked. Remove from the pan, add in 2 tbsp. oil and fry the onion for 1 minute. Add in the peppers and carrot sticks and fry for 1 minute. Next add in the mushrooms and mange tout and cook for 1 minutes. Mix together the sauce ingredients and add to the pan, along with the stock pot and beef strips and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add in the cooked noodles and coriander and serve immediately.
