- 2 eggs (Le Naturelle)
- Knob butter (Valio)
- Salt and pepper
- 3 slices streaky bacon
- Good drizzle maple syrup
- 1 gluten-free waffle (Schar)

Method
Grill the bacon drizzled with maple syrup, salt and pepper until crispy. Warm the waffle and place onto a palate. Scramble the eggs in a pan with the butter, salt and pepper and spoon onto the waffle. Arrange the bacon on top, drizzle over extra maple syrup and serve.
