Scrambled egg, crispy bacon and maple syrup waffle

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (Le Naturelle)
  • Knob butter (Valio)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 slices streaky bacon
  • Good drizzle maple syrup
  • 1 gluten-free waffle (Schar)

Method

Grill the bacon drizzled with maple syrup, salt and pepper until crispy. Warm the waffle and place onto a palate. Scramble the eggs in a pan with the butter, salt and pepper and spoon onto the waffle. Arrange the bacon on top, drizzle over extra maple syrup and serve.
