Salmon with cream cheese and chives

Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon fillet, 4cm cubed
- Few mixed salad leaves
- 80g herbed cream cheese
- Few fresh chives
- 4 liqueur glasses for serving
Method
Cut the lettuce into small pcs and put at the bottom of the glass, grill the salmon from all sides and cool down. Once cooled place on the lettuce and top with pipped cream cheese, garnish with chives.
