Pea, ricotta and goats` cheese pie

Ingredients
- 50g peas
- 100g ricotta
- 2 goats` cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 100g puff pastry
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Method
Start this recipe by frying together the onion and garlic till soft then put aside. Mix the ricotta, peas, egg and the grated peppered goats` cheese together. Season well salt and pepper. Meanwhile, use the puff pastry to line the base of a small round baking tray. Pour in the cheese filling and even out. Cover with the cooked finely chopped onion and garlic and cover with another layer of pastry. Seal the edges together and cook for 20 minutes in oven 160`c.
