No-sugar banana and pecan muffins

Ingredients

  • 260g wholemeal flour
  • 260g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 50g pecan nuts, chopped
  • 380ml soya milk
  • 140ml olive oil
  • 2 eggs

 

Method

Mix together all the dry ingredients, and do the same with the liquids. Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients together. Place in muffin cases and bake at 200`c for 20-25 minutes.
