Luxury chocolate cake

Ingredients
For the cake
- 150g self-raising flour (Lamb brand)
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder (Lamb brand)
- 175g soft brown sugar (Lamb brand)
- 175g cake margarine (Stork)
- 3 eggs (Le Naturelle)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 50g melted dark chocolate (Novi)
- 3 tbsp. boiling water
For the frosting
- 200g cake margarine (Stork)
- 200g icing sugar (Lamb brand)
- 200g melted dark chocolate (Novi)
Method
Heat up oven at 175°C Grease 2 x 20cm sandwich cake pans. Place all cake ingredients in a food processor and whizz till smooth. Divide the mixture between the 2 pans and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Turnout onto a wire cake rack and allow to cool down completely. Meanwhile, mix together the frosting ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Use the frosting to sandwich and cover the cake.
