Hot chocolate pancakes

Start with the ganache. Bring the cream to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in the chocolate until melted and smooth. Put aside and allow to cool. Prepare the hot chocolate using the machine and pour into a mixing bowl, Whisk in the cocoa powder, followed by the egg, vanilla, flour and baking powder to obtain a thick pancake batter. Heat up a non-stick frying pan and cook ladle full of the batter for 2 minutes until mixture starts to set, then carefully flip over and cook on the other side for a further 2 minutes. Make a stack with the pancakes, pour over the prepared chocolate ganache and sprinkle with marshmallows.
