Linguini vongole
Serves:
Ingredients
- 200ml fresh fish stock
- 100 lingiuni pasta
- 15 vongole
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
Add salt and a few drops of olive oil to a pan of boiling water and add the pasta. In a separate pan, bring the fish stock to the boil, and when pasta is half cooked, transfer the pasta to this pan, add the fresh vongole and leave to cook until all vongole are open. Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve.
