Lemon tart

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 120g lemon juice
  • 100g sugar
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 150g sweet pastry
  • You will also need lemon zest and icing sugar to decorate

 

Method

Beat the sugar and the cream cheese in a bowl with a spatula or wooden spoon, when both ingredients become as a smooth paste add the eggs and cont mixing, add the lemon juice and few lemon zest. line up the sweet pastry and pour over the mixture. Bake at 170`c for approximately 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool down completely before serving.
