Gluten-free spaghetti alfredo

Ingredients :

• 400g Gluten-free spaghetti or fettuccine ( Schar)
• 100g Unsalted butter
• 200g Grated Parmesan cheese (Zanetti)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Instructions:

Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water. In a large plate, place the unsalted butter and flatten out with a spoon. Once the pasta is cooked place it over the butter. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, and some of the pasta water a little at a time, and mix until smooth and creamy. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.Serve the creamy gluten-free spaghetti Alfredo in individual bowls, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
